Owner and seller are super nice and helpful. They also took time for a little chat. We had a very large selection of tarts / cakes and biscuits, not to mention bread and rolls. It was delicious. And the location of the bakery is also great. I can only recommend you to stop by if you are on a short break / vacation in Meißen. We definitely plan to come back again. 👍👍👍
the tunnel was recommended to us. A really very good stollen and also the poppy seed cake and the Baumkuchen a poem. Highly Recommended
Wonderful, home-made cakes and pies and a delicious coffee. And a "must" for those who don't know the "Meißner Fummel" yet :-)
Super delicious cake, friendly staff, cozy, highly recommended
We were served in a friendly manner and the selection was good, but I have to honestly say that the macarons I bought were by far the least delicious I have ever had. The honey variant tasted like cough syrup and the lemon variant tasted like it had sour milk as a filling.
The best Kuchen in town by far and bought a Fummler as a takeaway
Excellent baked goods and a real culinary delight. The café itself is nostalgic. Highly recommended!
Delicious pies and cakes. Our wedding cake was also perfect
Very nice service and delicious drinks ...
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the delicious looking pastries ... When I asked what a fumble was, I was brusquely told that I should read it outside😮! Okay, I did it and didn't buy anything, customer service with a difference ... a shame
I'm incredibly disappointed, I come from the industry myself and nothing like this has ever happened to me. An unbelievably unfriendly service at the counter and even my “have a nice Sunday” with a smile was only dealt with with a yes yes. The slogan above the counter seems like a mockery, saying a smile is free. I also have to work on Sundays and public holidays. And yet everyone gets my attention and a friendly smile. The macarons weren't my taste at all, unfortunately.
Good baked goods, cozy outdoor seating, cake prices when consumed in the cafe without surcharge
Everything was fine on the first visit. Incredibly cozy location. In addition, delicious Baumkuchen cake with coffee and a large piece of onion cake. All of this, coupled with great weather, invites you to linger and relax. With pleasure again. We recommend
We often come from Dresden to buy macarons. Always many delicious varieties and a nice size for 1.20 € / piece.
The cake and the cappuccino tasted great, as was the ice cream
Very nice café, friendly conditions. Cake selection good.
We went to Ziegers for coffee on August 9th, 2020. very good service, nice + polite. the coffee, the cake, everything was just right. We liked the egg pancake so much that we ordered three whole cakes for 08/11/20 to take with us on our journey home to Bad Karlshafen. (Everything went well.) The children and grandchildren also liked it very much. thank you again + stay healthy! best regards from us
In Meißen, almost all cafés open at 10 a.m. Zieger open at 9 a.m. It is also possible to taste gluten-free cakes. Very, very tasty, lovingly arranged. We recommend
Very good baker. The cake is delicious, great quality. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. Be sure to try it out.
A great pastry shop with incredibly nice and flexible staff! There are also various options for vegans, the terrace is cozy and you have a beautiful view of a small square with a fountain. We would like to come again!
Excellent pastry shop, polite staff, delicious cakes and a sun terrace.
This was an interesting place.
We really wanted to stop in and get some Fummel. This is the only place in Town that makes it anymore. If you don't know about Fummel google it - it has a great story. We were there on a Monday and it was closed.
